Overview
Janssen medical website contains promotional content, medical education and patient support resources for the various disease areas. There are constant updates on the site for thier products and medical articles. Backend was handled using a tool for JCR and Configurator. They also have multiple development environments to make different versions visible.
Goals
The team had to gain their trust so that SJI can not only continue the work they are currently carrying out but also undertake complex projects in the future.
Challenges
Some challenges we faced were the fact JnJ were working with multiple agencies alongside the issue of an inconsistent workload.
Solutions
To combat these challenges we are attempting to prove we are the best agency they are working with whilst also trying to gain more work by engaging with the client more. This proves we are dedicated in helping them become the best version of themselves.
Results
We have recognised the areas in which they are seeking other agencies therefore we have trying to engage with them more to offer multiple services.
